Refund policy

Dear Sir or Madam,

All of our products are FINAL SALE as they are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes. 

🔎 FAULTY PRODUCTS

  1. Within 7 days of receiving your order - send pictures/videos of the faulty product, along with your name and order number, to udreamhome26@gmail.com or to our WhatsApp +1 7252432251
  2. After review, we will make sure to contact you within 24 hours
  3. We will remake your product for free right away! Your new product will then be shipped to you in 1-2 weeks! (We are also able to propose partial refunds depending on the damage).
  • Unfortunately, any custom product that has been ordered is marked as final and cannot be returned without proof of damage.
  • If you have any questions or concerns with a product on our site, please send us an email at udreamhome26@gmail.com before committing to buying.

🔔 PLEASE NOTE 

  • We are not responsible for products that have been altered after purchase (e.g., adding trim, cutting, or sewing modifications). Altered items are not eligible for repair, replacement, or exchange.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
