Refund policy
Dear Sir or Madam,
All of our products are FINAL SALE as they are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes.
🔎 FAULTY PRODUCTS
- Within 7 days of receiving your order - send pictures/videos of the faulty product, along with your name and order number, to udreamhome26@gmail.com or to our WhatsApp +1 7252432251
- After review, we will make sure to contact you within 24 hours
- We will remake your product for free right away! Your new product will then be shipped to you in 1-2 weeks! (We are also able to propose partial refunds depending on the damage).
- Unfortunately, any custom product that has been ordered is marked as final and cannot be returned without proof of damage.
- If you have any questions or concerns with a product on our site, please send us an email at udreamhome26@gmail.com before committing to buying.

- We are not responsible for products that have been altered after purchase (e.g., adding trim, cutting, or sewing modifications). Altered items are not eligible for repair, replacement, or exchange.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
