At UDreamHome, each curtain is carefully handmade and prepared with care before it is shipped. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Most of our products are handmade or made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Custom sizes or personalized orders may require additional preparation time depending on the design, fabric availability, and order volume. If extra time is needed, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Time
For U.S. orders, standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after the order has been shipped.
International shipping times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $59.99.
For orders below $59.99, or for international orders, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier issues, or high order volume.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with your local carrier, household members, neighbors, or building management.
